Anyone knows why my rainmeter up/down bar is full?

Rainmeter is full and says: 270kb/s
Another program says: 900kb/s

Any ideas how to fix it?

The rainmeter measurements have a speed setting, like so:

Measure=NetIn
NetInSpeed=1536000

Perhaps yours is set wrong? Or maybe yours is set to scale automatically but it's doing it wrong? You have to make sure that both programs are measuring the same devices - some net monitoring programs monitor all interfaces simultaneously and add the values together.

Where can I find those settings?

Only got one nic

The download bar is full around 10kb/s :S

It should be in your rainmeter skin file. Right click on rainmeter, select 'skin menu', then 'Edit skin'.
