It says in the readme:

8: Has three skins all based on XP Styles
IBAR
MILK2 Chrome
CarveOS
How do I change to one of those?

I don't have that theme installed, but I'd imagine it's through the shift left-click menu.

maybe in the theme popup?
hold shift then left click the desktop.

OTS supports theme options this way.

I dont have this theme but would think its done this way.

@SuperHumanly: Where'd you find 3.0? I don't see it on this site (checked a couple others too). Maybe I'm blind, though.
