This probably has been asked a billion times... or else the answer is really simple and i'm blind or stupid...
I did however search for a good half hour through this forum...

What i want to do is have one huge wallpaper that goes over my dual monitor setup. Like one 2048x768 image. i've seen it done before and i'm really sorry to ask because as i said it's probably really simple. I'm using nonstep as a theme.
Thanks in advance.

You could split your image into two halfs.
But I'm sure you tried that already (or want the convenience)

i don't care if i have to split in half.... i just don't know how to get a different one on each monitor!

surely there is some windows thing that will let you do it? (control panel display?)

one of the reasons (this sounds really vain and it is) i turned to litestep was that i could find no way to do what i've explained in explorer.exe or the normal windows interface... i've seen it done with litestep soo i'm sure there's a way to do it...

I thought if you set an image on the left monitor that was too wide and you left it aligned to Tile it stretched over both. But as for LS fixing it...not gonna happen. LS still uses Windows stuff to set wallpapers.

goto deviantart and download dual screen wallpapers
Wallpaper section
Dual Screen sub section
all you need is a wall that is 2048x768 or larger

Immortal :: yeah...but if you stretch a wallpaper on the primary display it will shrink it. By tiling it the overrun goes over to the next display just like any other window.

easy fix....control panel....display....desktop tab and tile your wallpaper. at least thats what I do. but you do have to have the right resolution wallpaper.
