I don't use Litestep yet. Actually I was wondering it if would be possible to make a circular popup menu using it?

Tried having a look into the popup2 and hotspots modules docs but it doesnt seem the way to go.

The idea would be to have a picture appearing under the mouse cursor. It would have non-square clickable zones which either launch an application or open a classical popup menu.

Following is a picture illustrating the concept.

As you can see, the 9 "icons" hitzones would not be useable if defined with squares. Same for the popup-menus opening zones.

Would that be possible with Litestep and if yes, using which modules/concept?
