Is there a way to tile all active windows in LS? i would like to have a button on my desktop, lets call it "Tile", and when i click this button, all windows on my desktop should tile up, just like you can do in mIRC whit the channel windows?

sure, there are a couple bangs to do stuff like this:
!cascadewindows
!tilewindowsh
!tilewindowsv
!minimizewindows
!restorewindows

pretty self explanatory :)

!cascadewindows is when they line up in front off each other right? where do i had this lines?

If you want an easy way to access that option, open up your popup.rc located in the \personal folder. Scroll down and uncomment these lines by removing the ";" infront of them:
*Popup "manage windows" Folder
*Popup "tile horizontal" !TileWindowsH
*Popup "tile vertical" !TileWindowsV
*Popup "cascade" !CascadeWindows
*Popup "minimize all" !MinimizeWindows
*Popup "restore all" !RestoreWindows
*Popup ~Folder

Then you can access that through your right click popup.

i just added a icon on the desktop and added !execute !cascadewindows in my shortcuts.rc
