i downloaded the newest litestep's zipfile, but when i try to run litestep.exe it says it cannot find step.rc. this webpage is broken so i couldnt search for the answer myself.

Install Omar's Installer 3.02.
THEN install the newer binaries on top of that.

If you would have read the Description or the comments for said download you would have seen the solution.
