Please excuse me if this has been known for some time...
I've been using primarily Windows XP for the past year or two, but on my other system I run Windows 98 (MUCH quicker). Only thing is that whenever I recycle litestep (CTRL-ALT-R), any open programs will stop responding and have to be CTRL-ALT-DEL'd and restarted.
It's a huge hassle and I was wondering if any Win9x'ers have encountered it before...
Only thing that might be messing with something is the SE SP:

It's essentially just a compilation of all the windows update patches, but it includes some extra tweaks as well.
