Ok, Ive seen a few nice skins on http://www.wincustomize.com and here but I dont know where to download them to. Ive tried downloading one but it didnt load up and I only have the defult one that came with LiteStep. I also tried downloading Indie version of it but it wont work either. So I need to know:
1: Where do I download the skins to and how? (Im new sorry)
2: Where do I download the Indie version to and how?
3: Anything else I should know about LiteStep and downloading?

Download to C:\litestep\themes

El Fleao: You should get the latest installer.

I refer you (and you aswell wyz) to: http://www.litestep.net/download.php?mod=79,module

Then you should update the litestep.exe with this one: http://www.ls-universe.info/download.php?view.22

Rinse and let soak for a few minutes, lightly season, serve hot, enjoy ;)

Why does it always crash and close? It keeps saying that its encountered an error and needs to close. Send error report or dont send error report. Either way it closes and I have to start it up again. And how do I put it back to the regular windows shell. When I close LiteStep, the desktop is empty. So help out again please.

Alrite. Here goes.

Ive downloaded the LiteStep program and a few skins for it. They all work and such but sometimes it will just stop and close leaving me with a blank desktop. Im considering uninstalling LiteStep and just staying with the default Windows shell but I cant get the Windows desktop to appear. And sorry about the questions, but LiteStep is bugging me and I dont really want it on anymore.
Btw, the first link: http://www.litestep.net/download.php?mod=79 didnt work. It came up saying: tux say: only you can prevent forest fires!
So, sorry for the hasty questions.(I know, Im bad at this.)

Yeah...for some reason it won't let me put the , in the link. Gonna have to get that little bugger fixed.

Look El Fleao, how to switch between LS/Explorer is the most common question about this shell, and it has been answered countless times on this forum and others. Even a cursory search should provide you with the answers you're seeking, but it seems you can't be bothered. And as long as you don't care to tell us about your setup (Windows version, what LS distro you've downloaded) there's little chance anyone will be able to help you solve your problem.
