I'm using austerity and i'd like to know if it's possible to put the LSXCommand on the bar in order to call it using CTRL+SHIFT+X.

if you mean putting the command box in the bar, it would, technically, be possible. however, austerity is a very complex theme and properly implementing the command box in the bar would be a very hard and complicated job.
