Using only one module! Thread last updated on 2004-08-28 12:00:18

Hi,

I'm new to all this desktop module thing and got very interested of it when I saw a snapshot of a desktop that almost looked as a wXP desktop exept for the mp3 player that was now put in the toolbar, so that you didn't have to have a winamp players to open everytime you just wanted to change the song or whatever, kind like the default mp3 module in litestep's default theme.

So... Is there anyway I can have my desktop, or even my whole computer as it is, and only to use some kind of mp3 module as described above?

The reason why I didn't like the whole litestep thing was because, the icons wasn't able to be moved, nor abel to be marked, like when you just click one time at an icon.

I hope I made some sense in all of this...

Thanks!!!

moving icons = possible
only one module = not possible

for winamp you can do it with html
go here:

well, more specifically here:
http://www.virtualplastic.net/html/task_qlh.html
read through the installation and get the ampbar 2.0 object
