Hi everyone I just installed litestep using OTS EZ2Instal everything installed fine but now when i click on the dial up networking icon it freezes my computer and i have to restart any ideas on how to fix this?

When you come with questions like this, it could be a good idea to give informations like the theme used, your OS, appz launch on startup, and , if it is possible, the moment when the freeze happen (I mean what happen just before).

ok sorry I am using windows xp the appz i have on startup are Trillian getright and macafee virus then i have the network icon. the theme is the basic one used with ots ex2install YF-19 everything loads fine and is working fine tell i double click on the network icon and everything just freezes I can crl-alt-delete and restart but that is it

thats odd...
meaby was mcaffee ... i dont know
sometime when a user enter to network, takes some time to apear
meaby you can wait a little more ... but is strange

when LS locks up try hitting alt-ctrl-f1 then try recyling LS or if that doesn't work, terminate it, then press alt-ctrl-del then file-run c:\litestep\litestep.exe

just a way to sometimes avoid reboots...

ok thanks i will try that everything else works fine and I can just open Opera and connect if i want to its just that one icon
