from Label v1.99 docs:
LabelTrueTransparency
The command makes pink (RGB 255, 0, 255) areas in the background bitmap really
transparent (eg you will see a window you drag below the label).

is it not work under win98? i see pink areas - not transparent (but LabelTransparent - works)..

Win9x doesn't support true transparency in any module. 98 might support some sort of fake alpha transparency.

that setting was disabled in label since version 1.96, got reenabled in xlabel 2.2.1
