Okay soo I installed Litestep yesterday and I just had to get the cool KDE theme :), the problem is I did also get a "Rainmeter" that shows how much of the CPU I'm useing and how much bandwidth I'm useing.

Well I don't want it :P soo could someone explain how to remove it safely? (I don't want to change theme).

I would also like to know if it's possible to move my desktop icons? and if someone can explain how to do that?

I hope someone can help a noob in trouble :) cheers

If it's a OTS2 theme, check the theme.rc, find the *NetLoadModule line for it, add a semicolon to the start of that line--removal with an easy way to get it back.
Now, if Rainmeter is in a section of the taskbar or something like that, it gets more complicated, as you'll have an ugly hole in the theme.

thanks I'll try that, but how do I move my desktop items?

that depends on the module used in your theme - if u just want them to be aligned different from what they are now, check the docs, but if u really want to be able to drag an drop em around you gotta switch to xDesktop which is the only module capable of that afaik
