i think this is a dumb question but i keep reading about an exclusion list so that my games will work properly. where is this list. will it truly make my games work better?

?? My games work fine, I just hide everything so nothing is shown, then play, then show it again.

Sorry if I totally misread your question, basically I always look for themes that have a taskbar that you can toggle on and off (try to shift left click to see if your does).

ok i got that cleared up but now i have a different problem. can i make the winamp controls run without having winamp running. i have the little icon in the task bar thing with my nortons and avg and volume control but if i hit play nothing happens it requres me to have the program open. i was just wondering if it was possible to just have the icon showing and play stuff.

Jesus mate, settle down, it's only been a couple of hours.

One thing though - what do you mean "without winamp running"? By your description, you have it running anyway - if the icon is in the system tray, then Winamp is running.

Well those amp modules require a media player (almost always winamp, sometimes foobar) to be running.. I think you can tweak it so that if it isn't running and you were to press play it would start winamp up though.

Not a big amp user, hopefully someone else will answer.

if u mean u dont like winamp to be displayd anywhere and that icon ya talking about is this media library thing ... just go into the preferences of winamp and tell it to hide ... it needs to be startet for any module to work since these modules only control and dont emulate it :D

grdamp doesn't require winamp to be running, but it's so old, I'm not sure how reliable it is.
