I'm using the Theme Dimentia http://www.litestep.net/index.php?section=2&action=details&id=394

and i'm trying to modify the lower bar with the task bar and cpu ram monitors on it to be above the bar that is above it

right now when you right click on the words Desktop 1 / Desktop 2 / etc / etc
it hides the lower bar

what i want it to do is

1. when you install the theme the top bar will be at the bottom of the screen fluxbox style

2. when you click the words "desktop 1" on the main bar it should bring the lower bar up above the main bar like a drawer kinda

3. that is all

any hints would be really apprecatied

i've looked all over for tutorials and such and this is the last resort
