One of my favorite theme, thin by teschio. Off the top of my head, there's nothing that should keep it from running on win9x. Same with LiteGnome4

Well, my favorite theme is a modified version of Pixel 8. It was kind of glitchy at first, but since I removed all that virtual desktop garbage it's run fine. I also put the winamp controls on the taskbar. I've been using it on Windows 98SE for several months now, and don't have any problems with it.

I just got 'Simple' to work fine on win98 se. Looks pretty decent to me.

a couple of my favs for Win98 were Rhodium Edge and Amiga HLE.
