For some reason, i'm unable to move icons in jDesk.. i'm not sure if this is a module limitation or just bad config.. i'm using the theme nonstepII

here's the config

that's all there is for it..

because i'm using the top bar, it blocks off the top icon.. it's kind of irritating.. any help would be greatly appreciated :)

You should be able to define where the icons start on the desktop, but I don't use jDesk so I can't say for sure. You can't freely move them though. xDesktop however implements moveable icons.

@3ph ... And you should read module documentations! This way you would know that you can't move icons in jDesk, since jDesk doesn't handle Icons! If you have icons on desktop and you can't move them, your problem is with "IconDesk"
This is (was) a major problem and complain from explorer's user that came to LiteStep.
You can move icons with xDesktop (or xLabel), it's 90% like the "explorer.exe" shell. But, you should remove IconDesk from your config.

errr.. how does one move icons in icondesk.. or at least tell the config where to place them?

i read the module docs.. i didn't see a solution.. maybe i'm just too much of a n00b :P

where did u place your icons?

pfft. i got rid of them all togehter and settled for YZDock :P
