I am running the Soul theme, and I love it. The only issue I can see is the fact that when I recycle the theme my CPU usage shoots up to 100% and freezes the desktop... although winamp and suck keeps playing, the shell is frozen. The temporary solution is to stop litestep.exe in the task manager and then to run it again.

I am willing to keep doing this, because I love the theme with a passion. However, does anyone happen to know how to solve this issue? It's the only theme that has done this to me so far, so I am at a loss.

Unload modules one by one and try to find the culprit(s).

check the vwm version. I seem to remember a release of rabidvwm that had this effect...

yep.. happens to me... using rabidvwm-1.01

XLabel's been giving one of my themes similar issues (so did clockwork.) Maybe I should just write my own damn modules, haha.

Anyone still using rabidvwm-1.01, please upgrade.
