this has me curious... I get bar, minimal, and maybe even other...

but I can't figure out what they mean by port...

is that a theme that mimics another gui?

It could Mimic another GUI say KDE or GNOME

Also I think this would include themes that were originally created for another window manager (blackbox, kde, gnome, etc...) and have either been edited to work with or redisgned from scratch to work with litestep.
