can anyone create a theme that looks like a hacker is hacking a computer, with all the script code,the zeros and ones,etc.like in the movie hackers with angelina joely and the other guy

Wow, cause we all know how realistic the movie hackers is. It gives us real geeks a bad name :P. Are you talking about animated stuff in the theme? cause that would be irriating to look at for an extended period of time in my opionion, which, in the grand scheme of things doesnt really matter.
no,i just want a regular wallpaper and a taskbar, something simple but easy to use, and besides the only example i could come up with for the theme i wanted was from that movie,even though it sucked.
Why don't you just make some wallpaper and use it with an existing theme? You could then skin your taskbar (generally, go into the images folder and then edit/replace images to your hearts content).

I remember downloading a Matrix theme off wincustomize.com a while back, it was fairly well done, but I found it annoying cause of the animations. As far as AIM, it will skin that too, but i use GAIM on my laptop and Trillian on my desktop, I think they might have some skins that fit your description. As far as a wallpaper for the Matrix, I made one a while back for a photoshop class I was taking.

when you're hacking a computer, line after line of script code, let alone zero's and one's do NOT fly past the screen.
your screen display will not magically warp and twist when you get access to secure areas of a system.
your outdated apple ][ computer will not suddenly have the ability to render transparencies and 3d graphics, despite it's native display being black&white.
but it looks funny :P
lol and dont try this "they dont have my number when the call aint at least a minute long"-trick ... they have it even befor it rings on the other side o.O

Hackers was the worst tech movie ever. It is amazing how these kids can hack into a what looks like a purely 3d OS without any client software over a 28,800 modem which was mentioned in the movie and have prior knowledge of how to navigate within the system. Whats more amazing people take that as the truth.
I always thought the whole... 'hacking' part in Hackers was supposed to be fantasy-ish.... I didn't think that it was supposed to portray hacking as actually being like that.
Then again, I'd be one to blame the incorrect perception of 'hackers' upon the ignorance of the common person. :-P
In the event that none of that makes sense... It's 6:40 in the morning... and I still haven't gone to bed.

YOU suck, it's a great movie even if it is really, really fake. it's entertainment. I like it anyway, it's fun.
