well what can i say i'm sure you guys get loads of people saying that they are new and need help. well i am new and like the title says i have a basic grasp of litestep and installing themes, i was wondering if anyone could recommend a theme that i could tweak that is fairly easy to use but does the basics to start with...

someone released a theme called simplicity a while ago, and if I remember, it was fairly simple, and therefore easy to modify.

A good resource is o-t-s.sourceforge.net, i recommend you read everything it has to say. Settings for each specific module you will find in your litestep\modules\docs folder.

Simplicity was written by omar and was by no means simple. To get a truly simple theme you want to start one from scratch on your own and work from there. Start with something like Hotkey as jugg had suggested in another thread and build from there.

it's VERY simple, but it may be too simple for you. but it's a good place to start, at least.
