can anyone create a lupin the 3 and case closed themes. I would surely appreciate it.

Generally people here don't create themes just because someone asks for it or because some pop culture icon is unmolested as of yet. Themes are usually made to be used, not to look like something.

Envision what you want and if it's something that can't be achieved by changing the wallpaper, try to tackle the problem yourself or modify another persons theme.

furthermore, anime themes usually blow ass.

some of the worst themes I've ever seen (and this is not limited to ls themes, but also includes various app skins) are based on shows, movies, etc. I don't think I've seen a single good one, actually...
