Thats what I thought, wouldnt the theme fit:The license applies to:
The program or work, and a "work based on the Program"
means either the Program or any derivative work under copyright law:
that is to say, a work containing the Program or a portion of it.

Do you know of a link to a discusion on this regard.

Usually the themers take their time to mention that you can do whatever you want with their themes, so does this really matter?

a LiteStep theme contains no portion of the LiteStep program anymore. therefore it is considered to be a work of art and is copyrighted to the owner unless otherwise specified.
