Hi,
I downloaded Litestep and I must say I'm very pleased. I downloaded a few themes, but in some themes (which I really like) the font size is unreadable (too small). Is there any way I can fix this?
My apologies if there was a previous topic about this but the search function wasn't working.

Thnx

You have to install the font that came with thw theme. Look in your Litestep\profiles\user\themes\themename\misc folder. There should be a font in there. Copy it in your windows\fonts folder.

thank you for your reply, looks much better now, but is there no way to increase the site just a little bit?

check the theme.rc. There should be entries for labelfontheight and popupfontheight. Adjust those to your personal needs. Take note of the original font sizes because editing these might make the theme look worse.

if not in theme.rc, look in the config folder, and look in the .rc files in that folder.

Is there a way to have the theme automatically install those fonts or to tell it to use the fonts from the misc folder rather than the windows folder? I've tried font $MiscDir$fontname but it never seemed to work

There's a module (lsfonts IIRC) that loads fonts in memory when it is loaded. However it's not compatible with some modules and has some other issues.

yeah I saw that one and I was iffy about using something that doesn't seem to have been touched in a year... but I was hoping there might be something like how you can set the wallpaper at the theme install that you could do the same with custom fonts in case the user doesn't have them
