i have used mac sometimes and this row of icons is very useful
things it should do:
icons should get bigger and display names when you move mouse over them
this bar should auto-hide and become visiable only when you touch the bottom of you screen
when program behind the icon is running it should display this little arrow under it
and every shortcut should have his own dropdown menu

if this thing can be done then how?

i seem to remember a dock module that came out probably 1 to 1 1/2 years ago, but I can't find it now... but you could always dl objectdock, or another of the dock-type programs.

deuce: you mean the one moshi did, not a module but a theme. it's on skinbase.

You'll have to use a third party dock app I think. I heard Y's dock is good, but I never felt the need for a dock.
