Has anyone written a module that will allow explorer style dynamic desktop wallpapers, such as those offered by UEFA at the Euro 2004 website to keep you up to date on information.

I really don't want to use explorer for the duration of the tournament hehe

AFAIK thats a html page used as a wallpaper, no?
perhaps a module would allow html on the desktop? try searching the list at shellfront or wherever the most up to date module list is kept...
