i get an assychronus socket error 10065 wiht the start up of elegance-16
was wondering if anyone know how to fix, this is by far the best theme i have found so far but im am deffiantly a newbie, im useing xp pro w/ sp1 and latest updates that i can find. thanx

if you get a socket error it sounds like it is trying to use the Internet for something, maybe LSMail?

I think that the socket error 10065 is cause by rainmeter.

could be...if it is setup to monitor network traffic.

I don't believe so, devilboi. If I remember correctly, Elegance-16 uses mldmeter.ini (or something like that) which monitors network traffic, or web page traffic, or something. I can't remember for sure. Cloud, just see if a similiarly spelled module is being started-if it is, just comment it out. That should get rid of the errors.

I too received a socket error on elegance-16.

I tracked it down to the MLDmetet.

I removed it and have yet to see the error.
Not sure what is causing the error within it as I had no need for the meter, but I suppose it would not be that difficult to track down.

I had the same thing. I used that theme for a while (currently using noir.) What it was is he configured it to run stats for a program called donkey something....Since you don't have this program, it gives you this error.

In the elegence-16/config directory look for rainmeter.ini. Delete or ; the follow sections:

while using the theme whenever I use the !run function and try to type in a URL or UNC the I always end up in C:\litestep\themes\elegance-16\config
Also, when I run the command prompt it points to that directory. Anyone know how I can resolve this issue?
