Is there a command to keep the shortcuts in the shortcut2 module always on top?

Note that if other modules are also always on top, they may appear on top of shortcut2. Annoyed me a lot some time ago.

Sometimes, it has to do with the order the modules appear (not loading). You have to play with that too!
I believe the last one appear above the rest!
