This is probably asked already but I haven't found it yet on the forums. Is it possible to make a "Minimise all" button (1 of the quicklaunch buttons). Just like the normal button in windows, click it and see your desktop.

I found pictures in austerity for desktop, but I don't know what to type in quicklaunch_icons.rc.

Use !MinimizeWindows or showdesk.dll.

Another question; where is the "search" function? I wanted to find a file but there's nowhere where I can find Search. Is it possible to link 1 of my quicklaunch buttons to search? And is it possible to add search to my Start->System menu? Thanks again!

Go to Shellfront.org and get find.zip out of the utils section.

Win + M is actually a jKey config in personal.rc, for OTS2, to emulate the default config...it is not actually part of LS.
