left with blank boarder at top of screen (explorer desktop) after uninstaling litestep. anyone seen this before? wondering if there are registry keys that change desktop size.

this has nothing to do with LiteStep. LiteStep does not alter your registry, unless your in 2K or XP in which it does only for setting itself as the shell. I would be partial to believe that your video height and width on your monitor, or in software config for your monitor, were altered in some way. Try setting your display properties back to Default.

thanks for the input. the top inch of the desktop seems to be a dead zone. all the icons move from there during boot-up, the desktop is still there though. funny that.
