While using the theme Blackbox+ by thirst, I noticed that when I eject a CD from my drive i get the following message...

"Litestep.exe-NoDisk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into Drive D:."

I have not experienced this with any of my other Litestep themes, including the original LS Blackbox theme by Teschio.
Any ideas as to which module may be causing this.

Sounds like Rainmeter or a similar module is set up to monitor drive D's free disc space or so... The themer probably had a second harddrive, hence the D:.
