I dunno if this happens with many (or any) other themes, but on Studio28v3, when ive got a java window up the taskbar goes mad! its flashing all the time until i close the java window!
Does any1 know why this is and if i can alter anything to stop this happening?

I have tried a few different themes now and some do seem to have the same problem.
it's the java runtime, update to a newer version and it'll work fine.
Ive got the latest but, it still does it!?
this seems to be a consistent problem for me also. I run a few custom java apps + commercial apps that use java like DB2 control center .. to name one. Always flashes, very annoying. The java apps are running against JREs versions 1.2 to 1.4.x. Doesn't make a difference AFAIK
im not sure this is actually a litestep problem. when im using miranda messenger in transparent mode that flashes when i have java things loaded. it seems to be java and transparency not working well together.
Hope someone can find a solution to this, as mestdagh says its very annoying.
