When i try to open rc files in my $personaldir$ using the popup menu nothing happens. other files in my $personaldir$ open fine. even step.rc and theme.rc open in the popup menu. ive tried moving the files to see if they'd open in the popupmenu from different directories, but it didnt work. ive spoke with a few people in #lightstep and we couldnt come to a resolution, in fact there are others with this same problem.

Ive tried changing themes as well, no luck.

Popup version? Text editor associated w/ RC files? Text editor set up for LS?

actually, i just figured out the problem with some help. you have to associate the .rc extension with your text editor.
