hi

i gave my taskbar a new color today and as im having the time shown in the down right corner i had to change the lsbox background for the time.box aswell, but nomatter what i try the box background wont change its color. now i got a grey taskbar with a white box in the right corner, its not nice. i dont know what i should do, i edited the time.box several times but nothing will help.

this is the time.box:
LsBoxName time
LsBoxX -135
LsBoxY -23
LsBoxWidth 140
LsBoxHeight 23
LsBoxBackGround task.bar.bmp
LsBoxAlwaysOnTop
LsBoxZOrder STAYONTOP
;LsBoxAlphaTransparency "$toptrans$"
;LsBoxStartHidden

/(task.bar.bmp is the grey BG but its still white)
using litestep 0.24.7 rc1

Dont name your image like that...
taskbar.bmp not task.bar.bmp!

If you want to break the name up use undercores_
task_bar.bmp

you think that could realy be the problem?

i tried it with taskbar.bmp task_bar.bmp and just bar.bmp but no difference

thanx anyways

Are you refreshing the box or recycling litestep?

!LsBoxRefreshBox Time

!about will show available bangs when the box is open...

Maybe save your images as png or change your lsbox version.

thanks for your help!!

refreshing the box works fine now, but the background's still grey. i'll convert the picture to png and try it again.

hmm. it seems that the background can actually be changed, the problem is that theres another box or something above it which will stay white. but i dont know what that should be
