"New" user - Can't change themes Thread last updated on 2004-05-06 00:42:41

Hi

I cant switch themes anymore, i right click and choose install theme and then choose the correct .zip, and then i press install.

BUT nothing happens, except for some themes, i get an notepad window with some basic info (like winamp path etc...) And litestep does an recycle after exiting notepad. But I still have the basic theme :-(

Doesnt do the trick for me :-(
Must be an error in a path somewhere.... since it takes the current theme away, and when it is going to put the new one on, it puts on the "old" one again....

Tried just extracting the zips to Liststep\themes\ manually, and using the refresh list option in the !popup, then switching themes?

Make sure the theme you are changing to has a wallpaper. I know I have seen a few people think that if the wallpaper doesnt change, it doesnt work. Not accusing, just reminding!
