I attempted a search to see if this was asked before and can't.

I uninstalled litestep and now all my icons on the desktop are gone. I also can't right click on it to change settings or backgrounds..

Any way to fix this?

How exactly did you uninstall Litestep? You didn't just delete the LS directory, or did you? Which Windows version do you use?

You think that it could be his box is set up to still use LS as the shell. Like when LS does crash on those rare instances..... all you will get is the wallpaper.. no icons, nothing. Thats what it seems. I would go back in and make sure that Explorer has been set back as the shell.
