I installed an Xbox gamepad on my comp but when I did I accidentally tried to install it twice and on the second Add New Hardware Wizard I cancelled. Now everytime I start up my computer the Add New Hardware Wizard pops up freezes and causes Litestep to freeze.

Is there anyway to get rid of it popping up at startup?

try looking in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" for it. I have no clue what it could be called, so export a copy of the key as a backup before you start messing with anything.

I don't think it would be in the run key. Probably the easiest way is to remove both copies of the gamepad from device manager and install it fresh again. Just once this time though :)

yeah...and I would def. install new hardware from exploder.
