hi there, how can i access windows help? i mean is there a bang command or anything?

what the hell do you need it for? i've used it once in 5 years, and that's only because I couldn't find something. and it still didn't even help me!

more than likely there is not because from what I can tell it is part of the explorer shell.

I presume you are using Windows XP? If you are, you can access the Windows XP help centre under

C:\Windows\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\helpctr.exe

If you need to use it a lot make a shortcut or quicklaunch icon to it.

Windows help is pretty useless, but I have had to use it at work once or twice for the remote desktop help function.

now for the find , i dont think find is useless...i downloaded a module "find-98" and its not functioning now! i loaded it and everything but :|

any ideas?

try find.zip over on ShellFront...great little app

we never said find is useless. I use it relatively often myself. but yeah, find.zip is pretty cool too.

thanks for the find.zip, it is cool! but can anyone tell me whats wrong with find-89 ? it worked twice then teehee! that is .. if anyone used it..

It probably only worked when you had an instance of IE open in the background.
