The common link in this forum for LSTS seems to be the charliehamster one, but it's broken, and I hunted around the site and couldn't find it. I downloaded a version of LSTS from another website, but I don't think it's the "fixed" version. Does anyone have an updated link to it?

I changed a few variables in Austerity according to the comments (I got a border so I changed the values that were 4 and -4 to 0). Instead, now I have no top bar on windows and no taskbar. Does anyone know how I can get it back?

And if anyone has the top few lines for base.rc for Austerity, it would help a lot.

Why would you need LSTS almost all the theme switching functionality( minus the theme preview) is builtin to the LSTI which comes with LS installer. secondly its old and doesn't support OTS2 theme standard.

The answers to questions that were similar to mine in forums referred to LSTS, so I thought that would solve my problem.

I guess it's not changing the coordinates that matter, cause my taskbar is still gone on Austerity. Thanks though!

The threads about LSTS refer to an old version of the LS installer. LSTS is not compatible with OTS2/Omar's LS Installer 3.x.
