I have added:
*Hotkey Win D !MinimizeWindows

in my base.rc configuration file, so the Win+D hotkey would have the same affect as with the Explorer shell, but nothing happens when I execute the bang command. I've also tried it in a "run" thingy, but I can't make it work. Anyone have experienced problems with this? A "Show dekstop" hotkey is insanely important for me.

And another thing. Where do you change background image on the desktop? Heh, I've read most of the docs but can't seem to find it.

I have the same problem. You might want to try ShowDesk.dll. It works beautifully for me.

If I recall correctly, !MinimizeWindows is a broken bang command. Works intermitantly at best. Has been that way for a while now :(

I tried surazal's method, and it worked out great. ShowDesk.dll does the trick!

As for your background image question, I've just been going to System -> Control Panel -> Display and changing it there. Or if you're real lazy, open the background image in your favorite browser, right click on it, and select the "Set as Wallpaper/Background/Whatever" option.
