Im having a problem with litestep, i installed it - fine, with the skin it comes with - fine, but now when i tried to install a new one it was dodgy and now all i get when i log on is a background. Is there a way of closing down litestep from the part i see? all i get is the background and mouse..ive tried doing ctrl+alt+del and closing it from there but i get nothing. im running win2000.

Please your help would be greatly appriciated

the themes you tried don't come with a proper .thm file. Email the author(s) of those themes and ask them to include a .thm file for LSTS compatibility. In the meantime open $litestepdir$step.rc and correct the "sdttep.rc" typo to "step.rc", then use the ctrl-alt-f1 menu or a hotkey to recycle.

Ctrl+Alt+F1, as ilmcuts said. If LS is running, it WILL work.

ctrl+alt+f1 -> Utilities -> LiteStep Control Panel
Go down to the theme switcher in there and switch back to something that worked.
