Litestep not booting on restart. Thread last updated on 2004-04-30 08:31:01

I installed litestep as the shell for my windows XP home machine under admin only but when I move files in folders when I right click for the litestep menu and go to where I moved files around and such(default litestep shell)it stays the same as before. I decided a reboot of my computer would do it good but when I restarted and windows loaded explorer.exe did not boot and neither did litestep. I brought up the taskmanager, added new task "cmd" and executed explorer.exe to get to litestep and boot litestep. I do not know what is wrong, I can do registry editing and such but I have not found anything relevant to my problem on forums and other places as of yet. Any help would be appeciated with fixing these bugs, thank you.

Ok, I went over the registry keys again and they are all set correctly, any other ideas?

is the path to litestep pointing to the icon that says "set litestep as shell" or "litestep.exe"?

There should be a "SetShell.exe" in C:\Litestep\Utilities, maybe that one helps.
