I'm wanting to run this on a Media PC, that has a VERY minimum of apps installed. 2 CD/DVD burner, 1 TV Tuner, Winamp, Media Player no monitor attached and a screen size of 800X600 but needs to be useable when ported to a TV so more effectively 400X300 @ 800X600. any such themes?

honestly you would be much better off just making your own, it would be pretty easy too.

I use a small theme (only bbvwm, kclock and systray visible) on a 800x600 res. It isn't in any releaseable state, but if you're interested I'll get a screenshot uploaded for you to take a look...
