2 probs i'm facing.. i'm using vtray 1.06, skin is austerity

first is of missing icons on startup. several programs have run but their icons are not present in systray.. is there any way i can make windows delay startup program launch? is this problem specific to litestep?

secondly, after a certain no. of icons (or sometimes randomly), the tray just disappears.. leaving a gaping hole through to the wallpaper..

would really appreciate some help

Try VTray 1.10 and perhaps its experimental [Tray]RememberIcons feature. When I did, I got blank icons aftere recycling LS :) Other than that I believe it's specific programs that are problematic with the systray.
