I get an error all the time when I try to switch to a theme. I get missing *.dll errors saying its not there, but when I check the modules folder, its all there.

you need to use this in your theme.rc:
*NetLoadModule (mod)

i found theme.rc in the austerity folder, where do i add *NetLoadModule (mod)

Are you running 9x/ME? Those may be 2k/XP specific modules.
