Hi,

i have a "little" problem with my pc performance, when i use litestep..

Whether which theme i take, after a little while, the working on the pc is very lame. But the CPU Usage is at 3% or fewer..

I've got an AMD 2200+ and 512 DDR ram. I dont think that this system is to lame for litestep^^

Is it normal that litestep is so admn slow?

Not at all. Try switching to a different theme. If that doesn't help, try running litestep.exe with no theme at all. Try closing programs that run in the background. Post back here with the results.

Take a look at your lsxcommand_history.ini (in $personaldir$) and clear all the lines. Sometimes (often) lsxcommand put lot of me** in it.
The little history: I've searched for a long while why litestep used to take half a minute to recycle... The lsxcommand_history.ini file was 4.3Mb !!!

Do you use a Rainmeter module?

rainmeter doesn't use so much resources (as you can think) but you have to update perfmon.dll if you're using it
