ok, i disabled the mail and clock options because i have no use for those, and it's now a nice little theme that's res & wallpaper indy. my question is this, and it may not be a specific theme question, may be a general litestep question: how can i change the displayed width of the popup menus? for instance, under 'programs', the popup cuts off after a certain number of characters and/or pixels, making things difficult to read. i've gone through the theme.rc and dont' see it.
where would i look?
thanks!
i would link to the theme, but i've gone through 20 something pages of themes looking for it and don't see it yet. would be nice to be able to search themes...
you should have /litestep/themes/roachalley/config directory and there more *.rc files to go through
yeah, because i'd also like to make the programs list scroll faster vertically - it takes forever to do so now....
i'll look, thanks. :)
edit - 2 other .rc files, neither of which have anything to do with either of these things.
so, still need help. :)
search for the popup docs under litestep\modules\docs. there you can find the evars you need to adjust. locate these evars within the theme folder and adjust, that's it :)
ElkMonster - thanks for that, i found some specs in there. first, i changed the popup to this more current module: NetLoadModule popup2-2.1.6
it was using 2-2.0
in the docs for 2-2.1.6 i found settings for popupscrollspeed - was able to fix that, it zooms now - and PopupAdaptiveWidth; however, apparently the syntax for that is a boolean expression linked in the "misc.html" doc for that module, but i don't have any misc.html doc so i don't know how to enter the bool it's looking for.
any more tips?
thanks again!
