MS Outlook 2003 & Litestep Thread last updated on 2004-03-17 09:58:11

I am running litestep 0.24.7 rc1 on a windows xp laptop. Every couple of days, my computer will freeze. Looking at task manager the processor is at 100% and the top 2 processes are litestep.exe and Wuser32.exe. I close MS outlook and everything returns to normal.

Any suggestions (besides removing outlook - corporate standard..)

Thanks,
Andy

Don't start up Outlook and use another email client for your personal email. Or keep yourself on the network?

Personally I try to keep Outlook as closed as much as possible. I use it for my work email (cause I'm litterally forced!) and I've never had these problems, unless I disconnect my laptop from my network. Then outlook would stall out my system ever 10 mins in attempts to check email.
