Will this module work for this instance.
I would like to have my theme update itself.
Instead of posting 10 releases, I want to have
the module go to a url and download a lsz and
overwrite images,config files and wallpaper.

Sorry, no. That's a not a bad idea, but NetLoadModule is strictly concerned with modules. Some of its code could be recycled for this purpose though.

it would undo any changes that were made by the user....
