Is there a way to make them showup on all themes? Half of my themes dont allow that, and its kinda anoying.

Try the IconDesk module.

Do i need to enable it or somethign, its jua .txt file and doesnt really tell me anything.

you need to add in icondesk to each theme that you want it to use.

alternatively, you could have icondesk load globally (re: load it in your personal.rc or step.rc) and then have global settings for the module... that could work.
